wl08
Mac OS doesn't detect the camera at all. Under windows, the camera is fine, the hardware ids: USB\VID_0C45&PID_643F&REV_2806&MI_00
wl08
update: I tried anhgiang's way, modified the AppleUSBXHCIPCI patch, and add USBInjectAll.kext from his post #19 to S/L/E, then repair permission. Camera works. Also tried his bluetooth kext, but seems conflict with WiFi.
vpquebec
Hello, What is best: leave kexts in Clover EFI folder or move them to S/L/E or S/L folder.
Administrators Hervé Posted August 3, 2017 Administrators Share Posted August 3, 2017 Ideally, /L/E rather than /S/L/E (not /S/L). You can cache kexts from there are opposed to inject them with Clover.
vpquebec
Thanks for the answer. Another question : do I have to move kexts to /L/E folder again after each os update ?
Moderators Jake Lo Posted August 4, 2017 Moderators Share Posted August 4, 2017 No, but you might have to repair permission and rebuild cache. It's a good idea to do it anyway after any update
