esmith1966
Had been using my E6530 for awhile... Not a problem with the trackpad. Over past two weeks, OS X seemingly not detecting trackpad. In diagnostic mode, trackpad works. It goes on and off... Now trackpad seems intermittent... What do I need to do? I did replace the keyboard and the network card... Administrators Bronxteck Posted May 2, 2017 Administrators Share Posted May 2, 2017 make sure the connectors to the motherboard are seated correctly. also make sure the track pad is clean especially around the space between track pad and palm rest.another thing would be to put your trackpad kexts into Library/Extensions
