  1. Try with Switchable graphics enabled and disabled?
  2. Don't think you could use DSDT from E6440 on E6540, but you could try. Just copy it to /EFI/Clover/ACPI/Patched. Just make a backup of the one there. IF that still fails, try booting without it. Just remove all the DSDT/SSDT in that folder and boot. You will also need to uncheck DropOEM under SSDT in the Config file. Use latest Clover Configurator to do that.
  3. Sorry, the voodoops2Controller kext from 5510 is for Synaptics. Remove it and use the ApplePS2Controller from my E7x70 bootpack.
  4. Ignore what windows shows, seems there's no indication of relation with the two, but with that change, you should be able to install without KP. Well, at least not with FB KP.
  5. Yes, that would work, use the 5510 bootpack without the DSDT/SSDT in ACPI/Patched. Use the attached Config with extra patches for Sierra and set the DVMT prealloc found in the Prerequisite section of the E7x70 guide. Remove VoodooPS2Controller from /Kexts/Other and use the ApplePS2Controller from my E7x70 bootpack For audio, replace AppleHDA_ALC298.kext with this one config.plist.zip
  6. I successfully install Sierra on 6430u with Clover loader. Had to use BIOS A06, anything over is causing artifacts like the E6x30 series. Follow my Clover guide and use bootpack in post #2 Working: HD4000 QE/CI SDcard reader HDMI Video/audio internal speaker/headphone Sleep/Wake LAN Wireless - have to be replace with a supported card Using generic mouse until full support Alps touchpad from DrHurt is tested.
  7. Yes, remove the fakeID, then test. Make sure to enter 0x in front of the value. I can't remember which take precedence, the Config or DSDT. If necessary, remove ig-platform-id from DSDT and then test the difference values in Clover option
  8. Maybe try different ig-platform-id https://www.firewolf.science/2015/04/framebuffer-data-extracted-from-appleintelbdwgraphicsframebuffer-binary/ You could change it in Clover option during boot to test them
  9. I'm assuming you're still using fakeID to boot? Since you're not able to set the DVMT prealloc, have you try patching the skylake FB?
  10. Boot to Clover GUI, hit F4, this will extract the raw files (SSDT/DSDT unpatched). Send me the Origin folder
  11. Remove the DSDT/SSDT from /EFI/Clover/ACPI/Patched Reboot to Clover GUI, hit F4, then continue with the Installation Compress and attach /EFI/Clover/ACPI/Origin folder here for patching
  12. Just noticed you're on El Capitan and not Sierra. Add additional patch <dict> <key>Comment</key> <string>AppleHDA #4</string> <key>Find</key> <data> gxnUEQ== </data> <key>Name</key> <string>AppleHDA</string> <key>Replace</key> <data> AAAAAA== </data> </dict>
  13. Does it show under USB? If not, then you have an USB issue. If yes, then install these to /L/E or /S/L/E BrcmPatchRAM2 BrcmFirmwareRepo https://bitbucket.org/RehabMan/os-x-brcmpatchram
  14. Sure, add these to KextToPatch and install this to /Library/Extensions. Set layout-id to 1. Repair permission and rebuild cache. You'll need the vanilla AppleHDA in /S/L/E, remove voodooHDA and AppleHDADisabler <dict> <key>Comment</key> <string>AppleHDA ALC 293 #1</string> <key>Disabled</key> <false/> <key>Find</key> <data> hBnUEQ== </data> <key>Name</key> <string>AppleHDA</string> <key>Replace</key> <data> kwLsEA== </data> </dict> <dict> <key>Comment</key> <string>AppleHDA ALC 293 #2</string> <key>Disabled</key> <false/> <key>Find</key> <data> hAjsEA== </data> <key>Name</key> <string>AppleHDA</string> <key>Replace</key> <data> AAAAAA== </data> </dict> <dict> <key>Comment</key> <string>AppleHDA ALC 293 #3</string> <key>Disabled</key> <false/> <key>Find</key> <data> hQjsEA== </data> <key>Name</key> <string>AppleHDA</string> <key>Replace</key> <data> AAAAAA== </data> </dict>
  15. Can you reupload the file, can't seem to be able to download. getting some permission issue.
  16. Used my Clover guide here but no bootpack until I have a working setup. So far I could get both Intel 530 or M2000m to boot. I have full QE/CI with HD 530 but not M2000m. Still can't figure out the BIOS reset issue with the Switchable Graphics disabling everytime after booting to HD530. Audio working with patched AppleHDA_ALC293. Are you using patched DSDT/SSDT?
  17. What version of BIOS are you running? I don't have these issues on my E7250. Perhaps we could try exporting the raw files and repatching the new DSDT/SSDT.
  18. Can you compress the folder and attach it here? Use the 'More Reply Options'. I can't access drop boxes while at work.
  19. You can't update to El Capitan like you do a real Mac. You'll need to create a new installer and install on top, retaining your data and apps. Unfortunately you won't be able to create the installer with myHack as it stops support at Mavericks. See Hervé's guide how to manually create the installer. Make sure to use your bootpack (Extra folder).
  20. You can't use DSDT from another system. Yours is an IvyBridge (HD 4000), ioncatana's a Haswell (HD 4600). Post your DSDT and I'll try to patch the USB for you.
  21. Unlike a real Mac, you can't just install from AppStore. You'll need to create a new installer with your current Extra folder, you'll need to add some new flag and use the newer Chameleon (enoch branch). MyHack haven't support any newer OS X since Mavericks. You should check Hervé's guide for clues as he still uses Chameleon on his builds.
  22. Open your Config file with Clover Configurator 4.35, click on Devices on the left. In the middle, under Audio enter 1 above inject
  23. Can you share your files? I got a Precision 7510 with M2000M but couldn't get QE/CI on it.
  24. Sierra Same as El Capitan guide, just replace with attached Sierra bootpack. I no longer have this system, but this updated files should work. AlienWare14.zip
