  1. When you are installing clover, you have to check this and only this.
  2. do you have clover ? so remove new way and fix regions fixes in clover. you must have acpibatterymanager.kext from rehabman. for a detailled guide, you can see mine: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/308765-guide-dell-latitude-e6410-nvidia-el-capitan-clover-wip/
  3. @3epicdiamonds: The usb installer don't need and don't have dsdt usb patch. Usb driver have been changed in El capitan. (And so the patch) Please, have a look to my guide, http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/308765-guide-dell-latitude-e6410-nvidia-wip/ At least, always prefer your own dsdt.
  4. This is common. Which patches have you used ? Share dsdt for debug.
  5. Try that: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/308765-guide-dell-latitude-e6410-nvidia-wip/
  6. Not uefi. Format your usb (fat or Mac journalised) and install clover. L/E just because it is easier to see all hackintosh kexts, as you can see, only few kexts in this folder. But you have to install it by yourself. I prefer "from scratch" guide, to help people to understand what they have on their computer. Generally people prefer have an easy installer. A ready to use package. I think hackintosh is not for lazzy people. We have to read and understand so many thing... Oftenly, create a new hackintosh can take me more than 20hours and sometimes not all is working. Hope you will have a nice hackintosh and maybe have Time to fix shutdown and/or battery issue. Cheers

  8. i tried patch listed. (without uhci and ehci patch) changed ehci to ehc1 put battery patch you have done in previous reply also have removed all warnings in dsdt not working battery management not working brightness not working FN keys (no more trackpad and keyboard after have pressed FN keys) not working shutdown (motherboard still powered) i haven't tested yet hdmi audio i use voodoohda 2.8.8 for audio
  9. how to know if that sound can damage your hardware ? but for sure, something is wrong. i know that bad hdmi audio can create noise on external screen when certain sound are played. but if you have no external screen using display/hdmi port, then, try to reinstall properly. here a wip of my install: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/308765-guide-dell-latitude-e6410-nvidia-wip/
  10. Maminx : yes, from Mavericks to Yosemite, update your bootloader (surely chameleon) and create a usb installer. The guide Will explain the method with clover and support for Yosemite and el capitan. I'll try to post it on saturday. Cheers
  11. Okay. I have dsdt patches list. I need to test it. Still searching for a good ssdt patch. Ssdtprgen.sh didn't recognise the cpu (i7-620m)
  12. not to complicated, i'll post a guide soon. i have not a full working dell e6410, not working: ssdt battery brightness alarila is over quota about mail, no activation mail send, so no account, so can't see dsdt patch used. please quantan, what are patches used ?
