What button would that be?

If you're actually talking about a key such as this:

 Key.jpg

the characters usually are available on some other key(s) of the keyboard. For instance, on a French keyboard, they can be available on this key: Key2.jpg

which is located left of the 1 key, right above the Tab key.

It does not just depend on the kext you use but also on the keyboard layout you've selected in macOS. If it's available at all, select German PC. Alternatively, try one of those Logitech layouts, they may be more suitable.

Check if Ukelele contains a Logitech keyboard definition for a German keyboard.

If it does, copy/paste the files into /Library/Keyboard Layouts folder. You'll then have a new German keyboard layout available to pick in your keyboard PrefPane.

For people who are looking for a solution, i use the Voodoo kext from Acidanthera...naturally trackpad not recognize but all other work fine like applePS2Controller.

To change keys right to shift and left to 1, you should to open info.plist from VoodooPS2Keyword and add to "Custom PS2 Map" this 2 string

56=29

29=56
