Moderators Jake Lo Posted March 30, 2021 Moderators Share Posted March 30, 2021 Can't see much from that log. Can you post the edited Config file to verify it's correct. and a screenshot would be better

Administrators Hervé Posted March 31, 2021 Administrators Share Posted March 31, 2021 Check your drivers settings; you appear to call on AudioDxe.efi which is reporting missing. So either you add it to your driver folder or you remove its reference from your OC config. OpenCore has zero tolerance for that sort of things and its the same for kexts and their order (re: PlugIns). One thing wrong and your boot fails. Moderators Jake Lo Posted March 31, 2021 Moderators Share Posted March 31, 2021 If you're running an older version of OC previously, make sure to go in the BIOS/ Boot Option and remove OpenCore. On OC picker, select Reset NVRam on 1st boot
denkteich
Hi Hervé and Jake, I tried resetting the nvram, put the audio back into place. Its booting, but no mouse or keyboard working. I disabled VoodooI2C* and SSDT-TPDX, but still no mouse or keyboard. Any suggestion how to get the Keyboard and mouse working? config attached. Moderators Jake Lo Posted April 1, 2021 Moderators Share Posted April 1, 2021 that's a totally different Config file from what I posted... here, made some changes to your Config to enable the keyboard and mouse config.plist.zip
denkteich
Its in a boot loop now. OC is booting, I select Install, then the apple logo is displayed for appr. 5 Minutes, then it boots again. tried resetting the nvram, no difference. how can i get oc to verbose boot mode? log is showing voodoops2controller.kext is missing, but hte file is in oc/kexts. opencore-2021-04-01-173422.txt.zip
Moderators Jake Lo Posted April 1, 2021 Moderators Share Posted April 1, 2021 depends on which VoodooPS2Controller you're using. This one seems to not have voodoops2mouse, so disable it in the Config file Check the plugins inside the VoodooPS2Controller.kext in your kexts folder. The VoodooPS2 I attached does have 4 plugins. To enable verbose mode, under NVRAM/Add/..bootarg, add -v in the config file
denkteich
Perfect, got it running. Thanks a lot. As I have Linux on the second partition of the drive, is there any way to have grub listed in OC?
