Hi, first of all, thank you, I do really appreciate your work!

I have question, is it possible to make 2 fingers left/right swipe work as backward/forward option in Finder/Safari? I didn't find the right key in config.

Also when I set 4FingerSwipeUpAction (for instance) value 32 to make it work as F24 (CMD H) it doesn't work (Enable Extended Functions is true by default). Am I doing something wrong?

V4 Working on Yosemite right now I'm testing. Tow awesome scroll workings well too .

I tried V.4 however I could not disable continuous scroll...

For me V.3.8 worked the best. I like the new palm tracking and accidental input prevention plus 5 finger pinch in V.4

 

BTW, I'm on Elan Hardware 4

and what about support for "smooth pinch to zoom" and the possibility of "multi finger hold drag"?

These are already present in Apple's Magic Trackpad.

Hello,I don't want to bother you,but I meet some Sleep(Wake)/Shutdown issue.

 

I use ASUS N550JV and OS X Yosemite(But in Mavericks it also behave the same).Because there is no driver for the WIFI:AR9485 ,I bought a USB WIFI.Its chip is Realtek 8188CUS.(Alright,I also tried 8192CUS,RTL2870,they behaved same,so I guess the reason may be not  in whatever WIFI chip is - -).

 

The problem is:When I plug in my USB WIFI ,and use it for a long time(Mostly are more than an hour,There is no obvious time- -),and then if I sleep the notebook,it sleep well.But once I want to wake it(Power button or a key or open the cover). It's behavior:

The screen is black,The Fan and Disk is working,The keyboard or Touchpad have no response.The only one is the DVD ROM Button(Press and the DVD is open - -).

Then the only way to do is long pressing to force shutdown...

 

Also ,sometimes(Yes,sometimes,no regular time),I found this happen same when shutdown:

You can even find the Caps lock light is on ,the keyboard backlight is on ,You can only long press to shutdown too...

But when I plug out the USB WIFI,it seems OK?(Not really sure).

 

I guess can you tell me what's the problem is or can you give me some advice ,thanks !

I guess it have a relationship or conflict between the driver or something.Or am I need a dump?(Because it happen in wake/shutdown so i can get more information - -)

Scrolling does not work, everything else seems to be fine.

 

Any fix for that?

I'm having the same issue. Can't use 3.8.5 either because the zoom gesture crashes the whole system.

I also can't find a way to disable the continuous scroll. The old 3.8.5 could be disabled, but it occasionally crashed my pc.

Hi all,

i got Elan Kext installed with Kext Wizard and Repair Permission.

Delete the Kext like in OP. But i can't get all function of the TouchPad like 2 Finger Scroll, Swipe to get back in Safari, .v..v

 

When i use 3 Finger it get me to LaunchPad. For scrolling i can use the right Edge of my TouchPad but not very satisfied.

 

Do i have to patch DSDT or config something with Clover to get the full function?
