Remove applehda from s/l/e and run kext utility to repair permissions and you should be good to go.

Thanks for your replay.

Can you tell me how to do that as the systems does not start.

I probably have to go in to single user mode and then remove it.

After it has been removed how do I repair permissions?

or can I do that after the system has been started again?

thanks,

Ok have it working again.

What I did

Connected a external USB drive.

Installed 10.7 to this external drive.

removed the file on the drive in de D630.

run Kext Utility. (I'm not sure it did touch the kext folder on the internal drive)

e-started the D630 2 or 3 times with -v en -v -f

Then it started.

Run the Kext Utility now for sure on the internal drive ;)

seems to work. B)
