gaansan
Did you set a system password in bios? or folowed the procedure in Wiki "Getting sleep to work on your Dell Latitude with OSX". Work's well. You can even set an overide in BIOS so you have to only to start with a password but not needed after wake. Very neat.
Zeppo
Yes, try Wiki entry fr sleep, it works great with Lion too. Gaansan, can you describe this override out of your BIOS. I am not sure if I just missed it with in D430 or if I don't have that feature at all. THX!

Work's great.
Zeppo
OK, I found it and tried. It disables sleep on my machine. Well, if it works fine for you - great. It sadly does not for me.
