ss2sameer
hi to install El Captain use the attached config file and kexts in clover bootable pen drive. you'll will be able to boot fine and be able to install. will require an external mouse. keep switchable graphics off. I have installed elcaptain in three different 7510 using the above method without any problems. once OS X is installed, install the appropriate NVIDIA web driver and use nv_disable=1 without it. you should be fine. if you use my config file. kindly create your own SMBIOS serial no. Hope this helps clover_pendrive.zip
lamcrkh516
thank you very much I'm a newbie in hackintosh, i have some question: I install Sierra, can use Capital's config ? Create SMBIOS : use Clover config or use this ? <key>SMBIOS</key> <dict> <key>BiosReleaseDate</key> <string>09/22/2015</string> <key>BiosVendor</key> <string>Apple Inc.</string> <key>BiosVersion</key> <string>IM171.88Z.0105.B00.1509221819</string> <key>Board-ID</key> <string>Mac-65CE76090165799A</string> <key>BoardManufacturer</key> <string>Apple Inc.</string> <key>BoardType</key> <integer>10</integer> <key>BoardVersion</key> <string>iMac17,1</string> <key>ChassisAssetTag</key> <string></string> <key>ChassisManufacturer</key> <string>Apple Inc.</string> <key>ChassisType</key> <string>13</string> <key>Family</key> <string>iMac</string> <key>LocationInChassis</key> <string>Part Component</string> <key>Manufacturer</key> <string>Apple Inc.</string> <key>ProductName</key> <string>iMac17,1</string> <key>SerialNumber</key> <string>C02Q0000GG7L</string> <key>Trust</key> <false/> <key>Version</key> <string>1.0</string> </dict> i found in https://www.tonycrapx86.com/threads/10-11-0-10-11-3-skylake-starter-guide.179221/#SMBIOS
ss2sameer
with NVIDIA M1000M i had to use IntelBacklight.kext in clover folder and apply AGDP fix to avoid the black screen at the end of boot. still get black screen but closing the lid and opening it back gives me the login screen after the above fixes. Some times it works fine. don't know how to get rid of this problem. Hope this helps
ss2sameer
Ideally create your own SMBIOS with wizard from Clover configurator. use the shake features a few time. if you iMessage and apple id works. your serial no is good to go.
