glebanych
Hi. So I did a fresh install of 10.12, used same kexts and patches as before, and can't turn wifi on. Clicking on the button to turn it on does nothing. Any suggestions? Thanks.P.S. Clover folder is in the attachments CLOVER.zip

glebanych
Well, I don't know what happened, but after booting back to macOS for adding these patches, wifi started to work Is there anything to know when updating from 10.12 to 10.2.2? Should I add the patches you mentioned?
Moderators Jake Lo Posted December 27, 2016 Moderators Share Posted December 27, 2016 ?? so it's working after you added the patches or it just started working without adding the patches? No issue upgrading to 10.12.2, the patches should be added if you haven't already.
glebanych
Yep, it's working without adding the patches you mentioned, just updated to 10.12.2.
glebanych
After a day with Sierra, I rolled back to 10.11.6, and now I have an exact same problem- can't turn wifi on. Should I use some patches in addition to latest kexts by Rehabman? P.S. I'm using a bootpack from this thread: https://osxlatitude.com/index.php?/topic/8984-inspiron-5558-i5-5200u-el-capitan/
Administrators Bronxteck Posted December 28, 2016 Administrators Share Posted December 28, 2016 terminal command networksetup -setairportpower airport on you can also try replacing "airport" for "en0" or "en1" (with out "quotes") depending on what your airport is stated as. changing on for off will disable wifi. glebanych
Already tried that, as well as using "off" first. Still nothing.
