van_axl
Hi Jake, I'm in the same situation, I lost the brightness control after updating to 10.12.4. I've tried to apply your bootpack, but is seems that it did not change anything on this. does the files aplly for E7250 laptop too ? When hitting Fn + F11/F12, I see the apple brightness + or - , but nothing changes. I installed the brightness small app, describes on the first page, and this works. Thank for your help. Moderators Jake Lo Posted November 28, 2018 Moderators Share Posted November 28, 2018 Use my Mojave bootpack instead. You'll need to remove AppleBacklightInjector.kext from /L/E, repair permissions and rebuild cache https://osxlatitude.com/forums/topic/8514-dell-latitude-e7450-clover-uefi-only/?do=findComment&comment=86791

nohi19
Hi guys, I,m sorry for bothering, I have used the Mojave bootpack here and the only thing that doesn,t work is the brightness, it was working when installed El Capitan and later versions, right now I installed Mojave and the slide for brightness is not displayed on the System Preferences menu, pressing Fn+F11 or F12 is not working. I would be very thankful for some help.
