The DSDT is not related to the MacOS version, it's related to version of BIOS and BIOS configuration and must be patched using your Native exported DSDT. As stated, the DSDT main / only patch is for the Brightness control. Try this, replace Config file and add SSDT* to /E/C/ACPI/Patched 7490_BrightnessFnKeys.zip

@Tubardus, those cards are combo: they have a wireless chip (BCM4350) and a Bluetooth chip (BCM2045A0). The two are totally separate things.

Managed to use your folder and updated all kexts to the latest versions, had to update clover as I had the hanging at logo issue also as soon as I updated (your folder had the older clover version). Managed to do dual boot by changing order in bios as this somehow changed itself to start windows. Going to order a DW1560 soon when a good deal appears but my usb dongle is fine for now. To anyone who is thinking of buying one of these they are great little machines. I prefer this to my HP 250 G6 hackintosh even though it is older.

Just to be sure, you're following the Catalina guide for Catalina, right? Because your initial link pointed to the Mojave guide. Would I be right to assume that you're installing Catalina 10.15.4? I might need to revisit Catalina's installation guide given that there were many issues with the 10.15.4 update. Will try a fresh 10.15.4's installation on the 7490 to see...

Remove the DSDT.aml as your BIOS version might be different.
