  1. You place the kexts in the /EFI/Clover/Kexts/Other or 10.11 folder, not OEM
  2. Your battery is not patched properly. Try this DSDT and Config file, make a backup of your first. Added HDMI video/audio patch, AppleHDA on the fly patch and a few other things. Restore the vanilla AppleHDA.kext to /S/L/E and install AppleHDA_VT1802.kext to /S/L/E Repair permission and rebuild cache. B53A.zip
  3. That file is corrupted. Try this. config.plist.zip
  4. I don't have this issue on my Latitudes with IDT audio, only ALC (Realtek). You'll need to patch your DSDT to layout-id=12 (hex=0C)
  5. Seems the issue starts after you installed VoodooHDA and disabler. Remove them and see if it'll boot again.
  6. Are you using SmBIOS MacBookPro5,1? Kext is specific to that model D830, so it might not work on yours.
  7. Go to the top of this page, click on EDP. A dropdown menu shows up, select Documentation.
  8. VoodooHDA and AppleHDADisabler needs to be in /S/L/E or /L/E
  9. Enoch is just another branch of Chameleon that will support El Capitan. If you want to switch over to Clover, just install Clover over it and use the clover bootpack.
  10. https://support.apple.com/kb/DL1859?locale=en_US
  11. Try downloading the combo Update and install it that way instead of from the AppStore. It could be a bad download. Yes, SIP is disabled. Kext-dev-mode should already be checked too otherwise you won't have a working Hack.
  12. Strange, 10.11.3 is out, why is it asking you to update to 10.11.2? Have you refresh the screen? Since you're on 10.11.1, you should already have SIP disable.
  13. If you look at the bootpacks in Hervé's link, it's mostly the same for the D620 with Intel Graphics.
  14. Are you installing with Combo update? or Appstore Do you have SIP disabled in your Config file? Kext-dev-mode=Yes?
  15. What issue or error are you encountering? Be more specific. Do you have a bootable OS X USB already created with Clover and a bootpack added? Where is it failing?
  16. Add one of these kexts IntelBacklight.kext or ACPIBacklight.kext
  17. Yes, no issue upgrading. Make sure you have latest Clover installed v3330 prior.
  18. You can find your graphics card from the BIOS under video
  19. Does it have an Intel or Nvidia graphics card? There are many guides here already for many versions of OS X, which one are you trying to install?
  20. Make sure you copy the bootpack to /Clover_EFI/Clover folder, not the Clover_EFI, then rename to EFI
  21. which bootpack did you use? where did you get your PS2 kext? Try using the version from my signature file link Exx20_touchpad.
  22. Get a supported card and replace it or get an USB wireless card. There's not whitelisting on Dell, so no worries about modding the BIOS. If you want just wireless, DW1510 is a good replacement, works out of the box.
  23. Can you test to see if your USB devices work? USB 2.0 and 3.0 if you have them. Check all your ports.
