panic shutdown info is stored in nvram that's how it knows your previous shutdown was not successful.

Did you try enabling verbose mode to see where it's hanging up?

I haven't had a chance to install Monterey yet, but being a 1st beta, I'm sure there will be a lot of bugs to iron out.

In my case, automatic login is always off

No, it's the opposite: people who reported long boot had automatic login disabled and boot time got reduced by about 30s by enabling automatic login. I sure have it enabled.

Did you try to switch FB layout as suggested ?

 

Also, the empty SMBIOS fields in your posted config, that was deliberate, right?

@Hervé Thanks, I turned automatic login on and everything is fine. 
I have no issues with iGPU. Is there any differences between those id?

I removed PlatformInfo.

Is SSDT-EC-USBX necessary if I already have USBPorts.kext?

@Hervé I tried clearing NVRAM but it still gives me shutdown error dialog. I got logs from Hackintool
