Try my HP EliteBook 840 G3 EFI, basically the same hardware, just use the config-intelwifi.plist for your Intel wifi card.

Might have to create your own USBPorts kext but we could work on that afterwards.

What if you simply re-open the Bluetooth Prefpane instead after wake and wait a few seconds? Secifying the type of wireless card/bluetooth module/chipset you have would be most useful of course...
