I found that option "USBBusFix=No" is typically required to avoid Keyboard issue when installing Lion. It's not off by default as far as I'm concerned: check your boot plist file...

org.chameleon.Boot.plist inside MyHack.app/Contents/Resources/Extra contains:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<!DOCTYPE plist PUBLIC "-//Apple//DTD PLIST 1.0//EN" "http://www.apple.com/DTDs/PropertyList-1.0.dtd">
<plist version="1.0">
<dict>
<key>Kernel</key>
<string>mach_kernel</string>
<key>Timeout</key>
<string>5</string>
<key>Kernel Flags</key>
<string></string>
<key>Graphics Mode</key>
    <string>1024x768x32</string>
<key>GraphicsEnabler</key>
<string>Yes</string>
</dict>
</plist>

I believe that I forgot to mention that whenever I go into EDP it starts typing "^[0C" repeatedly of its own accord so I doubt it has to do with the nub

 Disk permissions doesn't do anything

and my Extra Folder seems to have to PS/2 related kexts. it has AppleACPIPS2Nub.Kext and ApplePS2Controller.kext

thanks for all your help guys
