This procedure is independent of the patched DSDT, you just can't use the 'turn off screen' shortcut (Ctrl+Shift+Power) during the installation process (installation + first boot) or at the login screen. claudios1991 Posted May 18, 2014 Share Posted May 18, 2014 before update 10.9.3 my hdmi works! it detects my monitor like an airplaydevice and i was able to use it...now it freeze my os X. pokenguyen Posted May 20, 2014 Share Posted May 20, 2014 After apply the patch, do the following (in step 15): Click Compile to check for errors. If you get "syntax error, unexpected PARSEOP_ZERO", select the last error, you will see many continuous Zeros.
