I have the Optiplex 760 USFF and have it set up with myHack and Mavericks 10.9.3.

The only two issues are this:

  1. No sound have installed Vodoo HDA.
  2. Screen flickers when using Safari and Quicktime.

Any help would be great.

Seems you don't have graphics acceleration. We need better details than that for your specs: open up Terminal app and enter lspci -nn command (needs lspcidrv kext install as a pre-requisite). Then post the resulting info.

for graphics you need to add an osx supported graphics card. as for audio what version voodoohda are you installing also did you run a myfix quick after adding the kext?
