You should be able to just add intel inject to ig-platform-id = 0x0a260006 and add fakeID = 0x04128086 And install the fakepciID kexts I mentioned earlier. Your output.txt shows you're running 10.10.5. Not sure what you mean by order in which the kexts should be installed. Your output shows you have a running Yosemite with graphics issue.
