djkanoko
I've tried the latest build but I'm having the same problems since Beta 1: 1. Trackpoint moves very quickly and only right and down, also triggers a right-click down event. 2. Pinch and Zoom not supported 3. Two and Three finger left and right swipes not recognized 4. Two finger vertical scrolling is too fast 5. Two and three finger clicks don't register about 95% of the time. Here are my details from my previous posts: e5550 on 10.11 El Capitan ALPS: Found a V7 TouchPad with ID: E7=0x73 0x03 0x0a, EC=0x88 0xba 0x2a It seems alot of people are experiencing the same Trackpoint issues. Dr. Hurt
Hello again guys, R6B5: - revert all interrupt handling to original - improved Caps Lock fix (thanks to rehabman) - improve Sierra compatibility - work on V7 trackstick (disable buttons, add direction filter) - Only 10.9+ are supported now PS. V8 will probably not work with this version due to reverted interrupt handling. The only features that should work with this driver are: - 1, 2, 3 finger tap (left, right, middle) - 2-finger scroll (4 directions) - 3 finger gestures: right/left: switch workspaces (you must add desktops to be able to switch between them!!!) up: mission control & down: open app windows - 1 finger drag (double-tap and swipe. Needs to be enabled from accessibility) Anything else listed in the prefpane will NOT work. Those are apple-specific features. I noticed that people keep asking about 3-finger drag, pinch to zoom, etc.. @Bronxteck: I hardcoded keyboard type to Apple so that's probably why you can't change type. I'll revert to unknown next release. @Everyone: Test sleep, amongst other things... You need ORIGINAL prefpane with this driver. Also, settings can get corrupted with changing drivers, prefpanes. Best way to troubleshoot random issues is to login as Guest (account) since it loads defaults at every login. R6B5.zip

djkanoko
I'm having this issue as well. Also, after listening to music for about 15 minutes via headphones, I can hear alot of crackling and popping which is temporarily resolved by removing and replugging the headphone jack. Piranha
V7Kind of the same result, intermittent. Works for a second then everything is kind of crazy. Cursor doesn't track with the actual location, touching pad acts like double click, starts to open anything on the desktop. Then cursor doesn't move at all, after a minute it would act normal for a second again.
