REEMA Posted June 6, 2016 Share Posted June 6, 2016 HI as i told u i had same issues but its easily solved can u tell me what is ur usb wifi card - model try booting ur system without usb wifi and see if usb after sleep sleep working boot in safe mode and check if usb worked after sleep such issues happened when i used usb 2 wifi b.g.n .. and its ended when i used Asus USB-N53 Dual-band Wireless-N600 USB Adapter Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
griftopia Posted June 6, 2016 Author Share Posted June 6, 2016 I have the RTL8188cu USB wifi adapter. I'm totally okay purchasing another wifi adapter you mentioned if that fixes my problem. If you know any other USB wifi adapters that might also work better, please let me know. The one you mentioned is seems to be terribly expensive not to mention, too large to carry plugged in (mine as like 2 millimeters long). I'm almost at the point risking a BIOS update to get rid of my wifi whitelist. However, I've not been able to find BIOS for my model. And I did try all possible combinations.
