Felix Ye
you also have to patch for FVCO with clover even with rehabmans kexts. <dict> <key>Comment</key> <string>AirPortBrcm4360 - fcvo</string> <key>Disabled</key> <false/> <key>Find</key> <data>gflSqgAAdSk=</data> <key>Name</key> <string>AirPortBrcm4360</string> <key>Replace</key> <data>gflSqgAAZpA=</data> </dict> if using clover configurator Kext: AirPortBrcm4360 Find: 81F952AA00007529 Replace: 81F952AA00006690 Already added
Administrators Hervé Posted January 18, 2017 Administrators Share Posted January 18, 2017 Not sure the BrcmXXX kexts actually operate from /L/E. I've always had to install them in /S/L/E, very much like the patched AppleHDA kexts. All FakePCIIDxxx kexts are Ok in /L/E on the other hand. Felix Ye
Still not working, is there any other wireless card can be used? USB wireless?
Sorcerer
I am using the Dw1550 card which is similar. See my post here https://osxlatitude.com/index.php?/topic/9585-e7440-probs-with-clover-3994-and-sierra-10123/page-2 post #19. add in that code just after the fcvo patch under KextsToPatch in your clover config.plist. It should not be needed with the latest versions of the FakePCIID.kext and BRCM kexts, but I found that the FakePCIID_Broadcom_WiFi.kext was not being loaded for some reason. those kext patches solved my wifi issue even though the FakePCIID_Broadcom_WiFi.kext was not being loaded. i'll give 10-1 odds that if you check your system information that the fakePCIID_Broadcom_WiFi.kext is not being loaded. Moderators Jake Lo Posted February 2, 2017 Moderators Share Posted February 2, 2017 Those patches were already in the Config file I listed on post #2. Thanks for chiming in Sorcerer.
Administrators Hervé Posted February 2, 2017 Administrators Share Posted February 2, 2017 SysProfiler only shows kexts if they're cached, not injected... So it's not the definitive tool regarding "load" status of kexts, quite the contrary.

Felix Ye
I ran kextcache, after I copy kext. Will DSDT file affect? Such as some IDs. But I can not see allowing invalid signature BrcmFirmwareRepo.kext and BrcmPatchRAM2.kext
Felix Ye
BIOS version is 1.5.3, Updating BIOS will help?
Moderators Jake Lo Posted February 6, 2017 Moderators Share Posted February 6, 2017 FakePCIID_Broadcom_WiFi.kext doesn't seem to be attach to your wireless card. FakePCIID should've show underneath PXSX of RP05
