Dell_lover
Hello, Im on Sierra 12.0.4. on my Dell Latitude E7450. WiFi is working with my BCM 43xx but it does not show me any Bluetooth informations. How can I get it to run and use my AirPods and Instant Hotspot with it?
Moderators Jake Lo Posted May 13, 2017 Moderators Share Posted May 13, 2017 What's the exact model of your Wireless / Bluetooth device? Does bluetooth show up under USB? What kexts / patches do you have installed? Post Clover folder for further examination.

Administrators Hervé Posted May 14, 2017 Administrators Share Posted May 14, 2017 Maybe you could enlighten us with the model of combo card you've got and refrain from multiple posting the same matter... Thank you.

seeker_pl
make sure you have installed in /L/E: FakePCIID.kext FacePCIID_Broadcom_WiFi.kext BrcmPatchRam2.kext BrcmFirmwareRepo.kext rebuild permission, do it all over until you will get no errors: sudo chmod -Rf 755 /L*/E* sudo chown -Rf 0:0 /L*/E* sudo touch -f /L*/E* sudo chmod -Rf 755 /S*/L*/E* sudo chown -Rf 0:0 /S*/L*/E* sudo touch -f /S*/L*/E* sudo kextcache -Boot -U / I had to repaet it 8 times! If you still got errors try repeat touch and use: sudo touch -f /L*/E* sudo touch -f /S*/L*/E* sudo kextcache -system-prelinked-kernel or sudo touch /System/Library/Extensions && sudo kextcache -u / use config.plist from latest SIerra bootpack for e7450 https://osxlatitude.com/index.php?app=core&module=attach§ion=attach&attach_id=12017 Reboot

seeker_pl
BrcmPatchRam2.kext and BrcmFirmwareRepo.kext are missing. Check if they are in L/E and rebuild permission. If you have a proper kext to patches in your config you should get WiFi working and Bluetooth.

Moderators Jake Lo Posted May 19, 2017 Moderators Share Posted May 19, 2017 Rerun the commands again until you see those kexts in the output. Reboot and rerun if necessary.
