We can now try and disable the dGPU properly.
Try a low level format with HDDGuru's tool from Windows (or a PC with Windows) to completely wipe out all the partitions and be able to start 100% afresh with it.

2. Check your hibernate status by typing the following in terminal "pmset -g | grep hibernatemode" Which mode is set?
