Make sure you copy the bootpack to /Clover_EFI/Clover folder, not the Clover_EFI, then rename to EFI

which bootpack did you use? where did you get your PS2 kext? Try using the version from my signature file link Exx20_touchpad.

Get a supported card and replace it or get an USB wireless card. There's not whitelisting on Dell, so no worries about modding the BIOS. If you want just wireless, DW1510 is a good replacement, works out of the box.

Can you test to see if your USB devices work? USB 2.0 and 3.0 if you have them. Check all your ports.

Start by resetting your BIOS. Go to the BIOS, select 'Load Defaults'. Apply it. Then set the BIOS according to the guide. As for the artifacts issue. Not sure what BIOS version you had earlier, downgrading to A12 might not be enough. You might have to downgrade to A03 first, then upgrade to A12. It's known fix for other Exx30 models.

Did you install Clover loader to the Hard drive? Then copy the EFI folder to the new EFI partition.
