  1. Well, its been tested and its working fine. May be your did not read my features thread about each and some of those features getting conflicts with some features like Edge scrolling etc., when you are operating. I can assure you that its working perfectly and its been tested very well (may have some bugs but not like your not working one). So, try to use my latest version and tell me what is the last gesture/key press you did before it stops working and the area of the touchpad. Also send me your system log and ioreg file so i can take a look.
  2. You can disable two finger scrolling from Trackpad preferences. If you go through my features thread then you can understand everything. Well, if you install the kext but you can't see Trackpad config then you might have not ELAN touchpad (or) other PS2 controller drivers are loading instead of mine. Please follow my how to install steps to install kext by removing PS2 Controller kexts. If you still have issue then send me your System log from Console and Ioreg file(IORegExplorer app v2.1 or lower).
  3. That feature of Function keys working as Fn keys is from ELAN touchpad which is Fn keys mode. You need to set the Fn keys mode to 1 for that which is explained in my Keyboard features thread. Please go through that thread and edit your plist to get this.
  4. Well, i need some beta testing for v2 hardware to fix them as i don't have any testers for v2 hw now. So, please PM me for details on beta testing.
  5. It fails to boot? Can you provide more details about this? Does it stops and provides any error? Send me a picture of that. PM me for fixing your problem. EDIT: If your touchpad has v3 hardware which contains Physical left and right buttons then you need to enable v3HWLegacyMode in plist config which is meant for Gigabyte notebooks.
  6. I see, i will provide an option to disable this or map them to other keys in next update soon. If you want a beta kext immediately then PM me with details of your issue.
  7. Can you send me your system log and ioreg file with my kext installed so I can see the problem? Also send me your system profiler information by saving a file from File menu in that app.
  8. My firmware patching is done to RAM not the ROM so it will be cleared on power down. What are the vendor and device id's of your bluetooth? You have provided standard id values in above plist entry which is already present in my driver. Please provide me details of your device id and ioreg file so i can let you know whether you need a firmware update or not for your bluetooth.
  9. Can you download EDP app from here : http://www.osxlatitude.com/edp/download/ and run again? Let me know after doing this about each step. EDIT: What you mean after download complete? is this after build download process (or) new EDP installation download? Please provide more details like what are the options you chose etc., and how did your ran EDP. just now I've ran the EDP app downloaded from the above link and its working fine.
  10. Only way i can help you with this problem with your logs and by debugging, so PM me and i will let you know details.
  11. Thanks for sharing your patch details. I will add this patch to my Asus patches and setup a git so others with this problem can use this. For this, i need your patched DSDT with and without this patch so i can analyze and make a better patch.
  12. Its not possible, because Asus have defined only 10 Levels support in increments instead of controlling using Brightness value. Btw, i have added NVRAM Support for brightness load on reboots in v1.5 and have some improvements in code. Try this and let me know.
  13. Its common and random for some users mostly. No particular solution is there as its the OSX driver issue. Try to pair again by deleting the bluetooth preference plist i have explained in the first post and see. Also try disabling WiFi and see.
  14. I need your system log and ioreg files when it doesn't work. Mostly these kind of problems arise only when there are cache issues after boot (or) any other system conflicts etc., because this is working fine in many systems i have beta tested many times randomly. So, your case could be your system specific and i need the details i ask above like when it stops and what are the things you did last before it stopped. Does both keyboard and touchpad stops? I need your system log and IOReg files when that happens.
  15. Well, my driver won't quit itself and it must be something from your side is making the driver to stop by any gestures (or) wrong config in plist etc.,. I need you to give me exact scenario of this not working case as you say it doesn't work mostly. Does both keyboard and touchpad stop works? Also i need you to send me System log from console when it stops and tell me what are things you did before it stopped. And that 800000 interval is common and it shows up on my driver load or USB mouse driver loads by OSX.
  16. Well, i have seen this kind of problem from other users too. Its related to your system config which could be boot loader, its flags, installed kexts, DSDT etc., I don't know what exactly the cause for this problem but i will try to contact them and let you know if i get reply. Meanwhile, try to check everything which i've explained above in new OSX installation.
  17. I will take a look at your model and let you know. Please remind me again if you don't get reply in a day. Meanwhile, i request you to delete Extra/EDP folder and download our EDP installer from site and run again.
  18. I need your full system log file from console app after boot/ sleep and your system profiler information(saved from the file menu) so i can confirm about my kext bluetooth kext load and its status about your problem. Also do these three tests and send me the logs i've asked above: 1) Use AppleXHCI and BluetoothFirmwareUploader kext (v2.3) kext 2) Use GenericXHCI kext (latest version) and BluetoothFirmwareUploader kext (v2.3) 3) Use AppleXHCI and Remove my BluetoothFirmwareUploader kext (v2.3) 4) Use GenericXHCI and Remove BluetoothFirmwareUploader kext (v2.3) Do you use any DSDT patches for USB? because this is needed for proper sleep.
  19. Please upload an ioreg file using IORegistryExplorer(v2.1 or lower) and System log to take a look at your Sleep issue.
  20. what kind of crazy behavior? I've tested this new version in different models and its been confirmed very well by them. May be this could be your touchpad only issue or something else. So, PM me details about your problem clearly and i will try to debug this.
  21. My driver uses the method SKBL and GKBL which is inserted by my patches and will not touch default methods. Your DSDT had the different values for setting the keyboard backlight which is Ivy Bridge value instead of the value found in new HasWell DSDT. So, I've modified that value in the attached DSDT. Try this and let me know. If you still have problem then PM me for details on debug. DSDT_KB_Patched.aml.zip
  22. I dont understand your problem exactly. Just install my latest version v3.8 and tell me what kind of problem you are exactly facing and when that happens?
  23. Send me system logs for good and slow boots plz. Also tell me how often these slow boots happen? Like on every reboot/clean boots?
  24. Your bluetooth doesn't require firmware patching. So, you don't need my driver but you need to add your device id's to Apple Broadcom bluetooth kext (or) use my BluetoothDevInfo kext with your id's.
