I tried both of those Layouts, but in vain. Still no sound in headphones. could this be a problem in the kexts ?

Moderators Jake Lo Posted February 17, 2019 Moderators Share Posted February 17, 2019 Right, AptioMemoryFix-64 don't need EmuVariableUefi-64, that was the issue. Good catch.

But Should I try and delete those extra drivers too ?

Administrators Bronxteck Posted February 18, 2019 Administrators Share Posted February 18, 2019 smchelper is only needed if you use fakesmc kext. virtualsmc does not need it.

Administrators Bronxteck Posted February 19, 2019 Administrators Share Posted February 19, 2019 Virtualsmc.efi driver is only needed for filevault. for normal booting all you need is virtualsmc.kext in clover/kext/other folder. if you are not using fakesmc.kext.
