EMlyDinEsH, are you planning to release the source code for this project? Would be glad to take a look at how things work behind the scenes.

 

I will when i'm done with everything i planned. Already i have released my initial version which only supports v3 in github.

hi,this‘s my nb:

Gigabyte U2442N Ultrabook:

Intel Core i5-3210M CPU @ 2.50GHz (Ivy Bridge)

Intel HM77

Intel HD Graphics 4000 (0x8086 (0x1458))

Realtek ALC269

nVidia GeForce 640M

Intel Centrino Wireless-N 2230

BIOS: U2442.F0A

Elantouchpad: check in win7,that's:  ELAN PS/S Port Smart-Pad   hardware id:  ACPI \ ETD0A00


in last year,i ask for help in this FL:#250ã€ï¼ƒ269and#270


but i still can not use this ELAN driver,until  V3.3, thank you very much!


but V3.3 in my NB have some problem:


 


1.Scrolling two finger no work(ex:in the safari UP AND DOWN).


2.Scrolling 3 finger  work ok(ex:in the safari BACK AND PREVIEW),but sometime can't work.


3.Two fingers zoom work ok.


4.Fn+FX work difference from my hardware.

1st: Did you read about the customizations in the plist?

 

2th: You need to go in the osx touchpad settings, and change the scroll speed once! After that scrolling is working!

 

3.: Im using This Elan driver, and it's awesome! i haven't any bugs at all! It have so much things you can customize in the plist settings!

The most questions here: 99% of the questions here, comes, because no one is looking into the info.plist file inside the kext!

Download plist edit pro or any other plist editor and look in it, read the first post and the customization post and you will get a awesome working driver!
