I apply patch for fn brightness and keyboard backlight, everything seems to work except keyboard backlight. Could one of you help me to fix it ?

Here is my DSDT untouched (without patch) I just applied battery status (present on attached thread) and ethernet. For a working brightness I applied "fixPNF" on clover config

Hi all,

I have a Asus UX303UA (i5 6200U, 1920x1080, 1To SSD, 12 Go RAM, WiFi/Bluetooth Dell DW1560 NGFF M.2), clover (last one), patched DSDT + SSDTs, USBInjectAll from Rehabman, Asus Fn Keys 2.6 from EMlyDinEsH. All was working fine under El Capitan : sleep-wake (but bluetooth didn't woke up some times and Wifi lost systematically 5Ghz chanels when awaking), keyboard blacklight, ALS, brightness keys, volume keys, deactivating bluetooth only via fn+F2, sleep-wake closing lid...

Upgrading to Sierra went smooth, buth Fn + F1 (sleep) shutdown the laptop, closing the lid doesn't put it into sleeping mode either it can't get asleep anyway. Volume keys don't work (known issue), ALS + keyboard backlight keys + brightness keys OK. As gulios, double taping caps lock key to activate-deactivate.

Very strange but after switching a couple of times from Win10 to Sierra, closing lid put my laptop to sleep. ALS running but I don't see my keyboard backlights neither brightness changing. Keyboard backlight level is the same from the one I save on Clover's boot menu, not the last one from the session.

Hi,

i have Asus UX21A. I have problems with keys F5 and F6.

Work:

Fn+F1 - sleep

Fn+F2 - enable/disable BT + WLAN

Fn+F3 - keyboard backlight down

Fn+F4 - keyboard backlight up

Fn+F5 - brightness down

Fn+F6 - brightness up

It works on display a login and password to OS X 10.11. Once logged in, it stops working, but the brightness can be adjusted by a combination of SHIFT+F2 (down) and SHIFT+F3 (UP) ???????????????

Fn+F7 - on/off LCD

Fn+F8 - on/off external monitor (I do not know is working or not, have not tested.)

Fn+F9 -on/off trackpad

Fn+10 - mute

Fn+11 - Sound down

Fn+12 - Sound up

My kext:

ACPIBacklight.kext

ApplePS2SmartTouchPad.kext

AsusNBFnKeys.kext

EAPDFix.kext

FakeSMC.kext

IOAudioFamily.kext

NullCPUPowerManagement.kext

VoodooHDA.kext

How to make the keys work properly?
I should be grateful if you still advise how to do:
1) 10.11 working display temperature and fan speed.

2) The charge status and battery capacity

Thanks !!!

Same problem here, any solution?  Fn Keys not working after a time.. :(
