Daniel
Thanks, I try that for the sleep. Back to the trackpad: Seems like the scrollign is a little bit... strange. When I swipe on the trackpad's right side, the scrolling speed is ok, but swipe on the left side, scolling is fast, and messy... So, I want that windows-like scrolling feature, only on the right side. Can it be done?
Administrators Bronxteck Posted January 17, 2011 Author Administrators Share Posted January 17, 2011 well i'm still using the second one i posted.... At the moment.. i haven't found a better workaround for it. The latest and most active forum on it right now is by Slice but it's not working for me... http://www.projectosx.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=1937&hl=trackpad
Daniel
I've tried to edit the trackpad's plist. Tracking and scrolling works OK now for me Almost perfect, so give it a try Also attached my voodoops2trackpad prefpane. P.s.: Today i've tried a lots of voodoops2 kexts, and this working most usable for me! VoodooPS2D620.zip

Administrators Leon Posted January 17, 2011 Administrators Share Posted January 17, 2011 Daniel, Tested your voodoops2 on a D430, it works, but its hyper-sensetive, same on a D820.. (that or, i'm pressing to hard on the touchpad) As for the pref. pane, then it throws an error when i try to access it...
Daniel
It's a combination of AnV's new voodoops2, and slashack's ALPS modded ps2 kext. I also used the vanilla trackpad prefpane, tracking and scrolling speed sliders on the 3rd stage. Anything else is from EDP 1.5 RC5.
Administrators Bronxteck Posted January 18, 2011 Author Administrators Share Posted January 18, 2011 I tried doing that but the config file did not make a differance to settings
kmand
I'm running EDP 1.5 rc5 (OSX 10.6.6) on a D620 Intel. The problem is that with voodoops2 doesn't show as a trackpad, so there is no way to turn off stray trackpad input during text input. I tried replacing that voodops2 with Bronxteck's second version in this thread. It does in fact show as a trackpad. However, for the trackpad to track I need to unselect "use 2 fingers to scroll', and I get no trackpad scrolling. With 2 fingers selected the cursor doesn't move at all without 2 fingers. Any suggestions?
