Artur96
OK, no more distortions when booting. Thank you very much for help! One more thing, can you assume that it is safe to update to say 10.10.4 in the future straight away? Or should you wait for others to judge whether the new update won't cause any kernel panics? Moderators Jake Lo Posted May 15, 2015 Moderators Share Posted May 15, 2015 You won't get KP with Clover loader when updating. But you'll have to repatch any files you have installed to /S/L/E AppleIntelFramebufferAzul IOGraphicsFamily

kfiatos
Can I ask You Jake Lo to attach a pack for making HD4400 work in 10.10.3? Everything from DSDT to kexts and config.plist. I updated to 10.10.3 but could not get QI/CE QE/CI to work (I tried so many different combinations). Now reverted back to 10.10.2 and the system is stable. Now HDMI do not work and boot gliches (I need HDMI only). My system is i5-4300U with HD4400.
Administrators Hervé Posted May 17, 2015 Administrators Share Posted May 17, 2015 Look here for the patch to enable HDMI output on HD4600. Could be the exact same patch on HD4400.
Artur96
I've discovered that USB 3.0 doesn't seem to work, although using the patch. Any suggestions?

Artur96
I heard that may cause KP. How does one recover from them in case that happens?
kfiatos
@Hervé, will patching work for HD4400?
