The FakeSMC kext does not have the sensors kexts embedded, so HWMonitor is not providing GPU and CPU information. I'm assuming the FakeSMC kext in the pack was patched specifically for this laptop. Also I don't want to install HWSensors since it will put kexts in /S/L/E. Where can I get appropriate sensor kexts to include under Clover/kexts/other? My question was if some patching was going to be needed for the FakeSMC. If not, I can just take the latest in repo. This laptop working so well I didn't want to mess anything up with FakeSMC and prevent boot. Was thinking there was a reason sensor kexts were not there in the pack. griftopia Posted September 1, 2017 Author Share Posted September 1, 2017 Aah, the DMG file at the URL Herve linked let's me just grab the kexts I can put in LE and rebuild cache. One question though. The latest version at that URL is 6.16.1372. However I grabbed 6.25.1426 from Rehabman recently when I build the M6400. Just for future reference, in case I shouldn't be using latest for any reason?
