Did you disable CFG Lock and set DVMT pre-allocation to 64MB per the guide you followed?
If not, then replace the config file with this one
-
you can remove VoodooPS2Controller.kext/Contents/PlugIns/VoodooInput.kext
since you already have voodoo input from voodooi2c
You can maybe remove VoodooPS2Controller.kext/Contents/PlugIns/mouse.kext if you don't have a track stick.
You can alway re-enable that stuff stops working

Has it ever work with your new files?
IOReg file show that it's not even loaded.
-
Did you add ssdt-gprw.aml in Config file under ACPI/ADD?
Reset NVRam
Please post IOReg file using IORegistryExplorer.app v 2.1
-
Yes, it would help that you have the SSDT-GPRW.aml to go with that patch
Add this to ACPI folder and under the config file
-
try replacing this *aml file

Try disabling SMCSuperIO.kext in Config file

Your audio codec is ALC245. Try layout ID = 11 or 13.
You have set 77 in the boot-arg
-
Not sure where the problem lies but give this a try. Upgraded to OC 079
Make sure your BIOS settings are set
- Secure boot disabled
- AHCI enabled
- UEFI
-
Post your EFI folder and a screenshot of your error
-
Give this a try
Post IOReg file with IORegistryExplorer.app v2.1 after replacing the files

You can try adding NVMeFix.kext but not guarantee to work. Even if it does install it'll still have issue.
I see it's already in your EFI, you could try updating it to the latest version 1.10
Best to replace it with a known supported drive.

mzvlb256hbhq-000l7 = Samsung PM981
That would be one of those unsupported NVMe drive
-
What model drive does it have?
-
Does system have an Nvidia card?
It could be hardwired to it. Check the BIOS
-
Try switching smbios from 16.x to MBP15,1
-
You can add the updated USBPorts.kext here to help others who have this model and maybe have the same issue
-
Here's some link to generate new USB Port kexts. Once done, replaced them in the kexts folder and update the config file to the new kexts and disable the old

try this

Issue with your USB kexts. According to the IOReg file, you have HS02 connector type as 0xff = internal
It's clear that you have an external usb drive plug in there
Change the port to 0x3 = USB 3.0
