Will it sleep with LID close? Will it sleep when you click on Apple Menu and select sleep? For Battery, you could try switching FakeSMC + ACPIBatteryManager with VirtualSMC + SMCBatteryManager FYI, keep a bootable USB drive near by incase it won't boot with the new kexts

Try either removing from boot -arg abm_firstpolldelay=16000 or increase it to abm_firstpolldelay=20000

Remove AppleHDA_IDT.kext, add Lilu.kext & AppleALC.kext to Clover kexts folder. Disable the AppleHDA patches in kextToPatch in the Config file.

No need to repair permission or rebuild cache is the kexts are in /EFI/Clover/kexts/... Remove them there if you haven't already Remove DisableTurboboostbattery.kext, see if that's causing the sleep issue.
