Rehabman has 2 default audio patches for layout-id 3 and 12. For audio to work for AppleHDA_ALC292.kext, you need to manually change the layout-id to 1.
As Hervé noted, for HDMI audio, you need to rename B0D3 to HDAU and again need to change layout-id to match the HDEF layout-id which is 1.
Rehabman's patch might not pickup all the B0D3 so you'll have to manually search for and change it or you could opt for Clover Config rename instead.
If you're running 10.12.4 and above, you can't use the brightness patch (PNLF) + IntelBacklight.kext.
You'll need the SSDT-PNLF + AppleBacklightInjector.kext found in my bootpack + the hotpatch in the Config kextToPatch section.
Using Fn+F3 and Fn+Insert to control the brightness on the keyboard.
You'll also need to add the SDCard reader patch as well found here.
Why are you using MBP13,1 for smBIOS?
That's for Skylake, E7450 is Broadwell, go with MBP12,1
If that doesn't work, then boot to Clover, hit F4.
Continue to MacOS, compress and attach Clover folder here for review, it's missing in your debug folder
1) Support for VGA probably has been dropped in HS
2) You could give this version (Alps) a try, remove or backup ApplePS2Controller (generic mouse movement only - no option for trackstick scrolling)
3) WWAN...sorry, don't have the hardware to test
Gona have to patch your native files since the bootpack from catmater doesn't have internal wifi install, so the additional hardware makes the difference.
Boot to Clover GUI, hit F4. Continue to boot OS X. Compress and attach /EFI/Clover/ACPI/Origin here for patching
Did you copy the kexts in /EFI/Clover/kexts/Other/CopyTo/L/E to /Library/Extensions
Repair permissions and rebuild cache
Use Karabiner-Elements app to remap the keys. See Post Install here
ok, the Config you're using is for higher res, I guess you didn't read the readme.txt file in the Clover folder.
Here, replace with this Config but rename it to Config.plist
config-LoRes_HS.plist
Okay some information has been truncated / missing due to our migration. It should have include information for setting DVMT for system above Haswell. In your case, Broadwell, needs to to set in the BIOS DVMT Prealloc.. see here
OR use IntelGraphicsDVMTFixup.kext + Lilu.kext
Add IntelGraphicsDVMTFixup.kext to /EFI/Clover/kexts/Other
https://github.com/vit9696/Lilu/blob/master/KnownPlugins.md

Legacy. What's the resolution of your display?
1366x768 or 1600 x 900 or 1920x1080?
Did you give it enough time to boot?
Is there any HDD activity?
Try Fn+F3 or Fn+upArrrow to increase brightness?
I need the screenshot of the Kernel Panic. Screenshot of the Clover folder is useless to me. I guess I wasn't clear, I mean compress and attach the Clover folder and take screenshot of the KP.
