Your 7280 has Skylake CPU (HD520), not Kabylake (HD620), therefore you need ig-platform-id 0x19160000 not 0x59160000. Change it in the Config.plist and perhaps in DSDT too. FakeID IntelGFX should be 0x19168086 in Config

I remember those patches were used prior to 10.12 something to fix the artifacts on the top left menu bar. That's no longer needed on newer OS X. I also don't remember reading about that fixing sleep for HD530 /HD630 on Desktops anywhere.

Quadro?? If you're using the bootpack, Quadro would've been disabled via the DSDT patch. Post the Clover folder you're using.
