Did you have to remove these? SSDT3 and SSDT4 from your Patched folder TableID : Cpu0Ist and CpuSsdt Karabiner-Element should work, I have it working on 10.13.2

Just need to add HFSPlus.efi to /EFI/Clover/driver64UEFI

I prefer HFS+J for now. Some system may have slow boot issue with APFS + Trim. There might be other issue too but I haven't tested it fully. It's really your choice if this is going to be your primary system.

Replace contents into /EFI/Clover and try p50-c-179.zip

If there will be any issue it'll be some CPU SSDT causing KP, but you won't know until you get there. Boot with verbose + debug 0x100 to determine if/when that occurs. Very issue fix by removing the SSDT(s) in question and dropping the associated TableID in Config.plist. Those would be SSDT3 and SSDT4 from your Patched folder TableID = Cpu0Ist and CpuSsdt

See here regarding wifi and latest Clover As for attaching issue, just attach the Clover folder, not entire EFI and leave out the Themes folder to minimize files size.

try this. Make sure to drop table CpuPm + Cpu0Ist L502x.zip

You can boot with the USB installer to Clover, hit F4. Then from another computer, mount the EFI of the USB and attach the Clover folder

Boot to Clover, select F4. Compress and attach Clover folder + Origin folder here for patching

Follow here to create installer, use attach contents as bootpack to get started. Boot to Clover, select F4. Then installation. Post error if encountered. Boot with verbose + debug 0x100 Compress and attach Origin folder here for patching if needed. Include more complete specs: Bios version? Ethernet? Wifi? Touchpad? HDMI /DP? Which version of Sierra you're installing? Toshiba.zip

Replace contents into /EFI/Clover/ACPI/Patched Keep the rest E7450_HS.zip

Let's try patching DSDT/SSDT for your system. Boot to Clover, hit F4. Compress and attach Origin folder here.

If you're able to install HS already without it, then you could skip it.

what is the audio Codec? Can't tell from the files you attached. Have you tried VoodooHDA?

I see you have a discrete card, HS has issue with dual graphics. Try adding this SSDT-DiscreteSpoof. SSDT-DiscreteSpoof.aml.zip

You can either open Config.plist with latest Clover Configuration 4.59, under ACPI/Fixes/2 or during Clover boot, go to Options, under ACPI patching / DSDT Fix Mask, you'll find Fix Headers at the bottom, enable it and try booting. Attach your Clover folder for further review

Post your Clover folder Post status of DPCIManager

Enable FixHeaders. Post your working Clover folder for further review

Try replacing these into /EFI/Clover/ACPI/Patched 5488_nvidiaOff.zip

Take out your battery and CMOS battery. Press and hold power button for 30 secs. Replace both battery, go into the BIOS and set the settings to UEFI/AHCI/Legacy Option ROMs enabled. Try booting again I assume you have latest Clover install (v4359 at this time)
