  1. so did you check your bios settings for usb power management your answer was not very clear. if you have set usb to wake computer it can keep it from sleeping.... also did you apply edp sleep fix from options?
  2. well can you tell us which machine it is as my psychic abilities are not what they used to be... intel or nvidia graphics
  3. is it nvidia or gma graphics? make sure you flashed the correct one you can also try Npci=02000 -v at boot... also does it have intel wireless? you might need to remove the card
  4. did you check your usb settings in bios? it might be keeping the machine awake
  5. have no clue why its asking for j or n. your formatting must be screwy. have you read the wiki?
  6. read our wiki and replace the intel wireless it will not work in osx
  7. install chameleon to the usb and select your model here http://www.osxlatitude.com/supported-models/
  8. hmm that is weird.... is the cpu in OS install mode in bios?
  9. core duo can show as core 2 duo sometimes in profiler... check in your bios what exactly you have . if it's core duo then lion will not install. you would need to upgrade your processor to core 2 duo
  10. usually it will tell you in the bios what your native resolution is. then compare that with in org.chameleon.Boot.plist which might be set at 1280x800x32 and make changes as needed you can use chameleon wizard to simplify the process then save your changes.
  11. it means your dev id IOPCIPrimaryMatch 0x284b8086 is missing from voodoohda plist file... it should have been orange try this one https://osxlatitude.com/index.php?/topic/747-wrestling-with-my-d630/page__view__findpost__p__5050
  12. ahh looks like your chameleon is outdated... they changed com.apple.boot.plist to org.chameleon.Boot.plist.. grab a newer bootloader like crc suggests
  13. reset the bios to defaults and make sure ahci is selected for sata and dynamic speed overclock off
  14. the slic pkg is not set to 1400 res... try setting the grachics in org.chame.Boot.plist you can use chameleon wizard app to simplify the process
  15. how many times did you reboot... usually voodoo had clears up after 2nd boot
  16. look at nawcoms wifi kext and add it to extra extensions then run edp option 1 then option a.
  17. well everything pretty much works except graphic acceleration and resolution selection
  18. what modcd are you using? EDP is meant for vanilla installs. some of those mod cd's have modified kernels and kexts our method uses dsdt and vanilla kernel.
  19. check if fakesmc is in s/l/e as well as e/e you only need it in e/e
  20. probably so Mike... the update most likely conflicts with the older kexts from the modcd. but the mod cd can also conflict with edp, so if you want you can read through the wiki on how to use and install edp. link is at the top
  21. and never will be until apple decides to make 64 bit graphics drivers for gma 950, which if they where to make probably would have made them a long time ago as the hardware is ancient. apple sucks
  22. well you could just clone your mac mini. to it and run edp and chameleon on that instead of using a torrented image at least you know that install is functional.
