  1. you have a different video resolution then the dsdt.... look in your bios for the res. and look in the forum for a dsdt with your resolution.
  2. is ahci enabled in bios for sata?
  3. check in edp in the models folder you will see all the models edp supports in there you will see folders that state nvidia like d630-nvidia for example now look at org.chameleon.boot.plist..... the long string on the bottom is an efi string. try adding it to your own or use one of the boot.plist. hopefully one will work for you. org.chameleon.boot.plist is supported on the newer revs of chameleon as they dropped com.apple.boot.plist support. i think from rev13xx and up... latest as of writing this is chameleon svn2.1 rev1499
  4. i get the same in my kernel log about the dell 350. i think the problem is that it's not registered as native.... if it was you would be able to turn it off from the prefpane. the id most likely needs to be patched into a plist for bluetooth some where or bin patched into the kext or powermanegment has to be turned off on it so it stays on. but that's my theory. my issue is with bluetooth headphones, same outcome keeps cycling or errors out on adp.
  5. EDP has the option to install chameleon boot loader.
  6. have you tried using the dp4 version of the kext in final?
  7. sounds like your missing a dsdt.aml file in extra. did you run edp1.9? and build for d630-nvidia?
  8. first flash with the highest dell bios on the site, if it works properly then you can flash custom bios if you wish... but it's not a necessity.
  9. have you tried setting bios to defaults?
  10. have you tried renaming applehda in s/l/e? or a newer voodoohda like 2.7.3?
  11. sorry misunderstood. i'm not sure how to resolve this.
  12. are you sure it's core 2 duo not core duo... big difference core duo is 32 bit
  13. http://www.osxlatitude.com/getting-sleep-to-work-on-your-dell/
  14. nope... common error on dells.
  15. can you test this smbios file, it's keyed as a MacBookPro3,1 that was the closest i could find that matches your machine specs. 8oo mhz bus t7xxx cpu nvs135m/nvs140m = GeForce 8400m gs/8500m gt MacPro3,1 has 8600m gt "Santa Rosa" chipset. please let me know the results. cheers smbios.rar
  16. just install edp it creates an extra folder for your build.
  17. i definitely would not mind one of those... but mine was core 2 duo already so not much of an incentive to replace it... ps. make sure to use some good compound like arctic silver
  18. yeah it's fun... just allot of researching but that can be fun too..
  19. you could also just install the edp pkg to the installer usb stick and run your model build from there. after it installs lion install edp.pkg to the new hdd partion and build for your model. so you might want to put the edp.pkg somewhere on the usb stick to make things easier
  20. no clue... never tried the myhack method but that's why this is a community so we can all share and learn new things from each other.. so maybe some one that has tried this method can shed a little light here.
