Found this config https://github.com/niiknow/Hackintosh-Latitude-7390 , and transfer ACPI patch into my config. Now touchpad work! So, Opencore 0.6.1 and Latitude 7480 all work fine for Catalina 10.15.6, and ready for Big Sur stable!
