Dell Latitude 7400 (Non 2-in-1) Laptop - Unable to boot after Catilina or Monterey Installation

 

Hello I have a Latitude 7400

Core i7-8665U 1.90Ghz

8 Gb 2400Mhz Ram

256 Gb NVME Fanxiana S501 SSD 3D (Cheap drive From Amazon)

Bios Version (Latest 1.22.0)

 

I have been trying premade EFI's and even Built my own (attached below following the guide)

I was able to install Monterey and Catilina Fine but never able to boot except once or twice.

 

BIOS: I have ACHI, Secureboot Disabled, VM disabled, Thunderbolt Disabled, SGX disabled

(I also alternate between disabling bluetooth, wifi, and other settings when making new efi builds or testing other people premade ones)

 

I have constant boot loops, Black Screens, or issue with freezing on APFS failures. It is not the 2-in-1 i keeps seeing everywhere just the standard laptop.

 

Is there anything I can do, or does anyone have any support for this issue please. I would greatly appreciate it.
