He's using my files from here.
Download the E7470 EFI
Replace the config files inside OC folder with these.
As the instruction from my guide give, the config is configure for Broadcom wifi/ BT combo
If you have an Intel wifi/BT, delete the config file and rename config-IntelWifi to config
Rename the E7470_OC_O to just EFI
Place whole folder into the EFI partition of the USB installer...

Haswell has dropped support for Ventura but you could look into OCLP (OpenCore Legacy Patcher).
-
disk is not even detected in the BIOS.
Make sure it's attached securely or that's not defective.
-
your kext folder is missing AirportItlwm.kext, I'll assume you left it out in order to attach the zip file, if not make sure to add it with the Alpha version 2.2.0
You're also missing SSDT-GPRW.aml since you have the renaming under ACPI but without the aml file.
Here' I added them and also kexts for SD Card reader

your USBMap kext info.plist is still showing MBP13,1, try changing it to MPB14,1
you're also missing AirportItlwm.kext in your kexts folder, not sure if you left that out to fit size requirement upload here or not.
