The guide Hervé posted has the wifi/BT device replaced with a DW1820a. Yours is mostly like an Intel wifi / BT. See here for support

1) the ssdt_PM is for i7-3540M, looks like Hervé might've attach the wrong ssdt. Use this one SSDT_i3-3110M.zip 2) your config.plist is either not from the same version of the OC files you're using as Hervé mentioned above or you made mistakes editing it. Hint: UEFI/Drivers section

SSDT-CPU-PM.aml is wrong for your CPU. It's made for i5-3210M Disable it in the config file. You can generate one later after the install.

You shouldn't have to re-install if it fails to reboot, just have to fix the EFI boot back. You should always have a backup bootable USB handy. Just format a USB drive (all it need is 256 mb), you can use an SD Card too. Format to Fat32 and place the whole EFI folder on the root. You have LauncherOption set to Full on your original file, so I think it create a boot option in your BIOS call OpenCore. Try going into your BIOS and remove that boot option. As stated the files should work for Monterey, if you like create a new installer for Monterey and use that bootpack.

System is pretty old, not sure it's worth getting it fix. You mentioned system keep getting stuck on Dell Logo, it could be ram or system board issue. If you're stuck on A07 and no other issue, then you could extract the DSDT/SSDT from that and I'll get that patch instead. You can do it from windows using the SSDTTime script from Dortania's site
