Did you have FileVault enabled?
If so, make sure to include necessary updated drivers
the E7470 bootpack would not work on the 7480, they are 2 different model with different generation of cpu /hardware
What's the source of your installer and how did you create it?
I see you mention com.apple.recovery.boot, I don't remember seeing that in my installer.
I use the createInstallMedia command from MacOS

High Sierra is the last fully supported HD3000 for Sandy Bridge although you can still install Mojave and Catalina, there will be some glitches.

The audio properties, I guess you could manually change PCIRoot(0)/PCI(0x1F,3) -> PciRoot(0x0)/Pci(0x1F,0x3)
If your audio works, then it's fine. Just the checker is being picky.
did you follow the instruction on the bottom of his guide?

I don't have that issue on my E7470 using that same bootpack. My system stays on 24/7 unless it goes to sleep.
You might want to try upgrading to latest BIOS. Check on your RAM and or hard disk.
I'm using a broadcom wifi so if you're using an Intel wifi/BT, I don't know if that could be the cause as well. The kexts included for Intel are the latest version.
Issue is not with ALCID, it's the connector type for graphics. I set Con1 to HDMI, I guess the default is DisplayPort. You can actually copy the entire PciRoot(0x0)/Pci(0x2,0x0) from under Device/Properties from the config to your OC Config file.
