[SOLVED] E7470 - No WiFi hardware after reboot
Jake Lo replied to Ryan_Gabriel's topic in The Archive
Please use this beta version of ssdPRGen.sh for newer system. I notice BIOS release date is old in the screenshot above, so you must be using an older version of clover Configurator. Download latest v4.46 and generate it from that. -
Try Enable or Disable CSM/Legacy Mode Update: Saw this thread in HP site, seems to be a common issue. Maybe try a new BIOS update? https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Desktop-Boot-and-Lockup/After-shutdown-HP-prodesk-600-G2-MT-restart/td-p/5824397

Give this a try. Replace the Config file and place all the DSDT/SSDT in /E/C/A/Patched ProDesk600.zip

Try new bootpack, I think you have same system as mine -
Have you set the BIOS settings above?

[SOLVED] E7470 - No WiFi hardware after reboot

Doesn't look clean, got some mixed files in there. Clear the Origin folder. Reboot to Clover. Go into Options when you see the Clover loader, use the right arrow to navigate Select ACPI patching-> Tables Dropping-> Go all the way down and deselect Drop all OEM SSDT Check all the Drop "SSDT-xx" below that Select Return Change DSDT name: BIOS.aml or anything other than DSDT.aml Select Return, Return Now Hit F4, you won't see anything going on, it's done in the background Now select cntrl+alt+delete. Reboot into OS X and attach the new Origin folder -
Desktop don't need DSDT to work but patching DSDT can help with your situation. Boot to Clover, hit F4, continue on to OSX Compress and attach /EFI/Clover/ACPI/Origin folder here. I'll try to patch it. Can you describe the issue with Shutdown? Does it restart instead? Have you tried disabling Wake on LAN in the bios? Or disable wake for network access in Energy Saver?

[SOLVED] E7470 - No WiFi hardware after reboot
Jake Lo replied to Ryan_Gabriel's topic in The Archive
He's using an older version of BIOS v1.5.3. Do me a favor, upgrade to the latest BIOS v1.17.4 Then boot to Clover, hit F4, continue onto OSX. Compress and attach /EFI/Clover/ACPI/Origin folder here. I would upload mine since I already update my BIOS, but it appears a lot of users have different hardware than mine in that I have different extracted raw files. So with your latest extracted raw files, I should be able to patch a new alternative bootpack for BIOS v1.17.4 Update: I meant v1.17.5 -
That's probably why. The bootpacks are for v1.15.4

Try replacing the Config.plist and place all the DSDT/SSDT into /E/C/ACPI/Patched folder. Reboot with verbose mode, see if it makes a difference Acer_V5-591g.zip -
which BIOS version are you on?
-
Here, replace with this file itzkr0me.zip

Please boot in verbose mode with the DSDT/SSDT so we could determine the issue. Post the KP here -
E7470 - Kernel Panic on boot from USB pre-install
Jake Lo replied to Ryan_Gabriel's topic in The Archive
Have you tried the alternate bootpack? -
Kexts in /Clover/kexts/other/LE won't be detected and will not load. Install to /L/E so it's easier and cleaner. Remove duplicates from /S/L/E repair permission and rebuild cache. If that still doesn't work, then most likely it'll need DSDT/SSDT patched. In that case, boot to Clover, hit F4. Boot to OSX. Compress and attach /E/C/A/Origin folder here

The DSDT/SSDT are not loaded...did you add them to /EFI/Clover/ACPI/patched & You need to place the kexts in /EFI/Clover/kexts/Other/LE to /Library/Extensions The repair permission and rebuild cache. -

Is that the max resolution? Can you send me an IOReg IORegistryExplorer_v2.1.zip? and output the permission fix and rebuild cache sudo chmod -Rf 755 /L*/E* sudo chown -Rf 0:0 /L*/E* sudo touch -f /L*/E* sudo chmod -Rf 755 /S*/L*/E* sudo chown -Rf 0:0 /S*/L*/E* sudo touch -f /S*/L*/E* sudo kextcache -Boot -U / -
You don't have DSDT Patched on your system. Try this config ProDesk_HD530.zip
-
From the screenshot, you might just need to restore the following files from your USB installer. Remember to rerun the permission fix and rebuild cache again. IOBluetoothFamily.kext IOBluetoothHIDDriver.kext AppleBluetoothMultitouch.kext AppleHIDKeyboard.kext AppleHIDMouse.kext

Brightness works now? -
The screenshot didn't show any Bluetooth device. Did you add any modded Bluetooth kext, keep showing dependency error which is not normal. The FVCO patch is wrong, see post #5 from that link.

Kext from FixEDID? You're using a desktop SMBIos. Can you test with a MBP Smbios? Have you tried the config I attached? -
