  1. You can restore the vanilla kext from your USB installer. try patching only the HDMI and not the DVI/DP before: 01050900 00040000 87000000 after: 01051200 00080000 87000000
  2. See here, already a bootpack for ElCapitan on post #2, should still work with some minor changes later. To set the DVMT, you can see my pre-requisite step from here
  3. What BIOS version are you running? Here, patched for your system. Replace the ACPI folder and Config file with the attached. Remove IntelBacklight.kext from Clover/Kexts/Other Install AppleBacklightInjector.kext to /Library/Extensions This is to fix the 10.12.4 brightness control. Repair permission and rebuild cache. Send me an IOREG to verify everything is working. Maybe one before and one after replacing the files. IOReg IORegistryExplorer_v2.1.zip Latitude14.zip
  4. Correct, but perhaps you might be on a different version of OS X, then patching your version is the better way to be certain. Make a copy of your vanilla FB first. This is assuming you're using Chameleon and not Clover which could be done on the fly.
  5. I have a new bootpack for latest Sierra 10.12.4 in post # 2 of this Clover guide. You'll most likely need to replace the wireless device with a supported one. Intel's are not supported.
  6. You could manually patch your FB for your version of OS X following his recommendation in the guide. You could use 0xED or HexFiend.
  7. You can remove kexts you added to /L/E but not the whole folder as it has other kexts created by OS X.
  8. I've only been successful with Legacy bios over UEFI in the SandyBridge model of Latitude. See Note1 of post #2 from my guide.
  9. The discrete will need to be disabled by DSDT patching. The file from my guide is for HD5500 only. Boot to Clover, hit F4. Compress and attach the Origin folder found in /EFI/Clover/ACPI. Also for DVMT, you need both 0x15b ad 0x15c set to 0x3, NOT just 0x15b
  10. Did you patch your own file or using DSDT from the 3542? Boot to Clover, hit F4, compress and attach the Origin folder from /EFI/Clover/ACPI I'll patch the files for you
  11. No, I mean from which version OS X? Make sure to update Clover as well.
  12. What did you upgraded from? Had you re run permission fix and rebuild cache?
  13. change AppleHDA ALC 282 #1 find 8419D411 replace 9202EC10 Get rid of the following kexts, not needed FakePCIID_HD4600_HD4400.kext -> new version is FakePCIID_Intel_HD_Graphics.kext which you already have included GenericUSBXHCI AHCIInjector
  14. Ok, I was able to replicate your finding. Looks like the internal LCD is not being detected when booting off HDMI with LID closed. Consequently opening the LID causes the system to reboot. I'll see if I could find a solution and report my findings.
  15. Here you go Updated DSDT with layout-id 3 Bios_1.6.2.zip
  16. this version will work too https://sourceforge.net/projects/cloverefiboot (chameleon, stolen and rebranded)/
  17. Looks like it stop support at 10.9.5 for CI
  18. Nope, still not experiencing such issue. Try resetting your BIOS to load Default, apply and then set to UEFI/AHCI. Update: fix the sleep issue with power adapter. Files re-uploaded
  19. What's the resolution of your Display? Try using Alt+tab
  20. I don't have that issue. Do you have HDMI connected but don't have HDMI patch enabled? The patch is enabled in the files I linked above.
