Launch Config.plist with Clover Configurator 4.40. Select ACPI on the left. On the right, under DSDT patches, there's a drop down on the middle. Select them, they'll be added.
Try this. Set BIOS to default, apply, then set the correct settings again, UEFI, AHCI, disable Legacy Rom Option.
This will reset the DVMT, so boot with the EFI shell and set the DVMT again.
Boot OSX to confirm if all fixed.
Intel Ethernet is supported but not the Wireless. You'll need to replace it with a supported card suggested in my E7x70 guide, DW1560.
The ethernet is supported with the IntelMausiEthernet kext from my bootpack. Some found that disabling Legacy Rom Option in the BIOS will enable the Ethernet. Mine works either way.
Give that a try. Make sure that IntelMausiEthernet is in /clover/kexts/other or in /LE/ Or /S/L/E to work.
0x04128086 is correct, it's what I had on my Haswell system, unless the latest Clover has reverse it. I'll try your version of Clover and see if it breaks graphics.
You are mixing Clover and Chameleon files it seems. VoodooSDHC, AppleIntelFramebufferCapri, AppleACPIPlatform, AppleHDA are not needed.
Also not from my Sierra 6430u bootpack, not sure where you get those files from.
As for the command output error 77, rerun the commands again until it's gone and only shows error 17.
Not sure what other files you have installed, the above log showed you have NullCPUPowerManagement and AppleIntelE1000e which are not from my bootpack.
You might have some conflicting files. Check /Library/Extensions and /System/Library/Extensions for any rogue PS2 kexts and remove it. Also get rid of NullCPUPowerManagement.
As Bronxteck suggested, you need to set the DVMT otherwise you'll get a KP/reboot if you have the Broadwell model with 5th Generation I series CPU (HD 5500).
If you have Haswell with 4th Gen i series CPU (HD 4400), you'll also get KP if you don't have KernelPM enable in Clover Config
No, kext on in /L/E or /S/L/E or Clover/Kexts/Other folder and cache won't load unless you manually load it after logon.
I have DrHurt's version R6B6 and Caps Lock works correctly. Single tap to Lock and single tap to unlock caps.
Make sure you don't have another PS2 controller anywhere in your system. Check Clover/Kexts/Other or 10.12 or /L/E or /S/L/E
Look for ApplePS2Controller as well as VoodooPS2Controller or any other.
