  1. Check EFI partitition, make sure nvram.plist is created.
  2. what did you use to modify the file? Use Xcode or plistedit pro, not textedit
  3. What happens when you boot? Does it goes straight to Windows or Clover GUI? If it goes straight to Windows, then boot with the USB installer, select the OS X to boot. Once logon, install Clover to the OS X partition. Reboot
  4. Try this: Use Clover Configurator to mount the EFI partition Rename bootmgfw.efi in /EFI/Microsoft/Boot to bootmgfw-orig.efi Copy Cloverx64.efi in /EFI/Clover to /EFI/Microsoft/Boot and rename it bootmgfw.efi
  5. better if you can post a screenshot to get the full picture of the KP
  6. No, with Optimus enabled and Nvidia disable via DSDT, there will be no external video capable.
  7. If you have Optimus (Nvidia nvs4200m), then HDMI Audio does not work. It's connected to the Nvidia card only. Unfortunately the Nvidia is not working on Sierra, you'll have to install El Capitan instead for that to work.
  8. - First create 2nd partition (Extended Journal) from OS X. Make sure to jot down the size so you won't wipe out the wrong partition when you install Windows on it later. Hint: don't make both the same size - Use Disk Utility to prepare a Mac OS X Extended partitions (don’t ever use Fat32, Disk Utility will mess up your drive) - Create a FAT32 usb drive, extract Windows 7 64-bit iso there (done on a Windows system) - Boot to Win7 usb drive, select custom install, locate the partition that is not OS X, delete it. Then select it (unallocated space) format it to NTFS, install Windows there. - Windows will automatically boots back to Windows. Install all drivers...etc. - Now to fix the boot option - Go to BIOS, create boot option. Browse to /EFI/Clover/Cloverx64.efi, give it a Name. Now move the Clover boot entry to top. - Save and reboot. Now you'll see the option to boot Windows or OS X from the Clover GUI. To fix the time issue in Windows, launch regedit navigate to [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\TimeZoneInformation] create a DWORD (32 bit) value, name it RealTimeIsUniversal. Set the value to 1. Exit Boot to OSX, then reboot to Windows. You should see time is correctly sync'd up.
  9. Try Karabiner-Element app to set the F1- F12 buttons so no FN are needed.
  10. Yes, or use the latest version here.
  11. Make sure you only have 1 version at a time. If you replace with OsxAptioFixDrv-64, then make sure OsxAptioFix2Drv-64 is removed.
  12. FakePCIID_Intel_HD_Graphics.kext replaced the old FakePCIID_HD4600_HD4400 which is what he was using but same result.
  13. Try my Clover guide here. Sierra 10.12.4 bootpack is in post #2, you need the Optimus version since you have the discrete Nvidia card. Enable the following in the BIOS UEFI AHCI Optimus if it's available everything else, leave as default
  14. VGA is not supported in OS X... Did you install the kexts in /EFI/Clover/Kexts/Other/LE to /Library/Extensions? Run permission fix and rebuild cache as per the guide? Try this to see if it fixes the webcam issue Replace the Config file and add the kext to /EFi/Clover/Kexts/Other Do the same on the USB installer to see if it'll boot USB-fix.zip
  15. Latest bootpack for Bios A15 can be found here for 10.12.4. Install latest Clover, make sure to include the following: EmuVariableUefi-64.efi under Drivers64UEFI OsxAptioFixDriv-64 Install RC scripts on Target volume enabled
  16. Did you try booting the USB installer from different ports? Now that you have installed it, do all the USB ports work? Test to make sure everything else is working: Sleep with LID close Wake when opening LID Webcam Bluetooth HDMI audio/video SDCard reader
  17. Try to mount the EFI partition from Windows and replace the folders with this See this
  18. If you're doing the update from Appstore, it most likely upgraded to 10.12.4 unless you downloaded the specific combo update. Anyway, you're running an old version. You'll need to upgrade to latest 2.4k Always have an USB installer close by for cases like this. Do you have dual boot or another running OS X nearby where you could mount the EFI partition to upgrade clover?
  19. Which OS did you upgrade to? When you boot to Clover GUI, it should show the version you're currently running on the lower right corner.
  20. Need more info. What was original OS and which version you upgraded to? Did you upgrade Clover loader first? What version of Clover are you on? Can you boot with verbose mode and post the error?
  21. Ok, replace the files and folders with this Boot with verbose mode and post error if encounter
  22. The issue is USB. Boot to Clover Gui, hit F4. This will extract the raw files to /EFI/Clover/ACPI/Origin Compress and attach that folder here. By the way, are you on the latest BIOS? What version?
  23. Will you install the second drive to the DVD bay? If so, you should move the Windows HDD to DVD bay, install OS X and Linux on the new drive. Using Clover loader, it will detect the Windows drive as well.
