looks like you might need an older ioatafamily kext and or AppleACPIPlatform.kext

use chameleon wizard to edit the resolution to match your native one. for trackpad check if you can enable that in the prefpane.

have you tried calibrating the screen using display preference. or maybe you need to inject your display EDID. i don't know how in clover maybe google it.

for BT you have to see what kext is loading for it then edit the info.plist and add your BT device id's i believe herve posted a tutorial.

well if your using kext util then yes if using myhack method it goes in your Extra folder then you run myfix. and at chameleon prompt use GraphicsEnabler=No at boot up. the problem is it states 2A42, 2A43 is x3100 from a i965 chipset. that is incorrect. the other issue is that apple never used the 4500 chipset graphics.

pull AppleACPIPlatform.kext from the boot pack and add it to your extra folder run my fix. for some reason it is shut off during model build when you use edp and configure go to fix section and enable cookbook fix/ acpi

yeah i just went through all of it herve it is as simple as during model build, select Fixes then turning on AppleACPIPlatformxxx Fix (Fix for Battery from 10.7 or greater and coolbook) hmm i wonder if it got linked to IOATA instead. i don't think that was standard

yeah that would do it. but i think EDP drops that in S/L/E and backs up the original no? if not it breaks cache generation. it could be the new EDP path is not updated for that specific function call herve.

i thought it was HD3000. there are issues with that in maverick. it sounds like the frame buffer is stuck on loading. if you remove it it might run in VESA so no acceleration but it would give you the OS environment for further trouble shooting hopefully. it's System/Library/Extensions/AppleIntelSNBGraphicsFB.kext but before relocating the kext as you will need it for testing later try adding natit.kext to your extra folder and running a my fix. Natit.zip

whats the dev id's on that GMA4500MHD there are a few versions of it. also chameleon Graphics enabler has some coded as X3100 which is not maverick compatible since it would be a 32 bit kext and the kext is not in maverick any way. that graphics is closer related to first gen HD graphics.

in our older dell laptops we had to use a bios password to wake the machine. try that but I'm sure some one has worked with the model here in the past search the forum.

it shows it patched the kernel so what happened after you press any button? also was that a clean mach_kernel or one that had been uses with the other kernel patcher?

thanks so much. thats what keeps us going and makes it all worth while...... so the extra i zipped did not work either? and the boot pack boots fine but edp default has issues is that correct?

bump it up to 2 gigs. have you tried our method with my hack? i do not use TM software so not familiar with it. also what chameleon version are you at and what os are you installing.

those extras thats on the real mac?

is EDP updated to the latest version? forgot to ask.

are you using DVI? VGA sometimes will not work. also if your bios allows set the new video cards as default.

hmm is there in Extra folder on the root of your mac? EDP only runs locally.

im guessing he used an app or script to get them from his system while in 10.9.

not sure but we don't use TM's programs we use myHack. mixing methods causes issues. choose the method that suits your needs and stick with it. you also need nullcpu kext to get past that until you find a solution.

i tested it on this machine like last week during the commits and all was fine.
